I am so sorry to hear that. I am in your same boat. I keep hearing that walking is good for us. My MIL suggest I put ice on my knee. maybe ice would help?

Winter and summer are the worse for me. Summer would get so bad I would have melt downs and have to take time off of work cause of them. Always happen around July and August. Now I don't even work at all anymore cause I can't handle the stress anymore.

hottub? luky lol. I take at least four or five hot baths a day. I slept last night in the bathtub. I had to leave work. I worked in retail for 13 years. my wife has bi polar and works part time. we help run a small complex that my FIL owns. So that is what I do now. Trying to get on S.S.I. I cant handle working and taking care of the place and helping my wife who was put in the hospital last Thursday for a bi polar attack.

Hi Sharon I have pain in my heels when I first wake up but it goes away after 10 mins. If I have done too much activity in a day I have more pain. Trying to find a good balance between doing too much or too little. Hot baths and a hot tub sound like they would really help. Medications can help too.

I can't even sleep without my pain meds. If I don't take them I have spasming and trimmers all night long
